Do you offer telehealth services?Yes, we offer telehealth services at your convenience. We use HIPAA-compliant Zoom/Doxy.me.

What is your cancellation policy?Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of one full business day (more than 24 business hours) before the scheduled time to avoid incurring the entire visit fee.

Do you accept medical insurance?While we do not directly accept insurance, if your insurance plan includes Out-of-Network benefits, we can provide you with a form (superbill). You may submit this to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for a portion of the visit cost. For additional details, kindly reach out to your insurance plan to inquire about your Out-of-Network mental health benefits.

What are your fees?Initial intake appointment - 60min - $300 Follow up visit - 30min - $150

Do you treat children or teenagers?Yes, our providers treat children and teenagers.

Do you offer emergency services?We do not offer emergency services. In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 or proceed to your nearest emergency department. Our office hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional exceptions.
